  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. How to Return an Item

5. Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for either a replacement or a full refund. Be sure to include photos of the damage or defect in your message to expedite the process.
